Getting Around The Strip By Monorail

Want an excellent way to get to or from the [1] [5] MGM Grand on the south Strip to or from the [2] [11] Sahara on the north Strip (in just 15 minutes) or any of the stops along the way? Try the [3] Las Vegas Monorail. You can keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It parallels the east side of the Strip ([4] [15] http://vegasreservations.com/stripmap) with stations (stops) at [1] [5] MGM Grand, [6] Ballys/[7] Paris, [8] Flamingo, [9] Harrahs/[10] Imperial Palace and the [2] [11] Sahara, plus it has stops just east of the Strip at the [12] Las Vegas Convention Center and the [13] Las Vegas Hilton. The Monorail runs at speeds of up to 50 mph every few minutes from 7 am to 2 am Monday thru Thursday and 7 am to 3 am Friday thru Sunday. Online fares include $5 for a Single Ride Ticket, $12 for a One-Day Pass and $28 for a Three-Day Pass. Tickets or passes are also available at easy touch-screen ticket vending machines located at every Monorail station.
