There will be a 2011 Juried Show at the Luxor Las Vegas that will expose the selected artists who are working in contemporary visual arts to a wide audience. The Luxor has three alcoves in the main front desk area that it’s opening up to local artists for the 2011 Juried Show, which highlights exceptional works of art in the Southern Nevada region. All 2-dimensional media will be considered, but there must be a theme linking all three pieces of submitted artwork and the judges are particularly looking for imagery and designs that relate to contemporary Egyptian or Moroccan culture and/or the specific site of Luxor itself.
