CityCenter Rents Luxury Condos

I ran across an article at [1] http://blogs.wsj.com/developments/2011/08/10/vegass-citycenter-replaces-luxury-condo-buyers-with-renters/ (The Wall Street Journal) called “Vegas’s CityCenter Replaces Luxury Condo Buyers with Renters” that might be of interest to anyone who wants to stay in Las Vegas for an extended period of time (1 or 2 years). The multi-towered complex at City Center has rented out in one and two year leases 346 units it once planned to sell as multi-million dollar luxury condos. Rents, which were signed for as little as $1,390 a month, are generally in the range $1,600 to $1,700 a month with two bedrooms going for about $2,300 a month. There’s no mention of whether there are more condos available to rent but you could find out if your interested.
