New Restaurant Coming To Caesars

Sometime this later month (September 2011), Central (pronounced "sen-TRAL"), a new restaurant and bar, is scheduled to open at Caesars Palace. It will feature the culinary creations award-winning Chef Michel Richard, who specializes in American cuisine with a French accent. Central will be the first restaurant ever headed by a James Beard award-winning chef to be open 24/7. Central will seat 300 (220 inside, 80 outside), and will be located next to the Caesars Palace lobby. The location will allow for outdoor dining with a great view on Central’s patio and it’s 75-foot-long onyx bar will extend into Caesars Palace’s main lobby. [1] Click Here for more information.
