Komen for the Cure launches ‘Pink October,’ a breast-cancer awareness campaign, in support of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Also starting tomorrow, the exterior of the Tropicana will be lit up in pink through the month of October to help mark a month long campaign to raise funds for the non-profit organization.
